Social Activities  Every Thursday

Studying can be stressful, so make sure you get your exercise and a chance to chill out while you are in Melbourne to relax and get your energy back. Its a great way to get to know students from other classes in the school. In particular, regular exercise is important part of staying healthy both physically and mentally. Social activities improve energy, concentration and sense of well-being.

We run a range of activities from 3:00pm - 5:00pm each Thursday including: basketball, soccer, Australian football, yoga, board games, movie club and coffee club.

For students who are interested in other activities we are able to organise different types of equipment. We love to try new things.
