The Diploma of Project Management is the perfect opportunity for emerging project professionals to develop the skills necessary for success. The course covers all the fundamentals of project management, including effectively managing project scope, cost and time, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and analyzing potential project risks, and efficiently conducting project procurement. 

Qualification Requirements

  • Total number of units = 12

  • 8 core units plus 4 elective units, of which:

  • 2 elective units must be selected from the elective units listed

  • for the remaining 2 elective units: up to 2 units may be selected from the elective units listed

  • if not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from a Diploma or above, from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.

  • Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.

  • Chosen elective units must not include BSBPMG430 Undertake project work.

  • Refer for details of elective units.
